Volcanic Landscapes
We begin by ascending to Teide National Park. You'll have time for photos at the famous Roques de García—dramatic rock formations once featured on the 1000 peseta note—while admiring the majestic peak of Mount Teide.
Northern Heritage & Lava Pools
As we descend toward the green North, we visit Icod de los Vinos, home to the legendary Ancient Dragon Tree, estimated to be 1,000 years old. Next, we stop in Garachico, a beautiful town partially buried by a 1706 eruption. Here, you can explore traditional architecture and the famous natural pools formed by cooling lava.
The Hidden Village
The journey continues through breathtaking mountain scenery to Masca - deep in the Teno Mountains, this was once Tenerife’s most isolated village. Its dramatic ridges and deep ravines offer some of the most spectacular views in the Atlantic.

- Pickup from South and North resorts daily.
- Infants sit on laps if the bus is full.
- Zigzag mountain roads: bring motion sickness pills (Biodramina) if sensitive.
- Lunch is not included; we stop at a local restaurant.
- Bring a light jacket as temperatures vary by altitude.
Accessibility
This tour involves walking on uneven surfaces in Garachico and Masca. The bus is not equipped with a wheelchair lift. Foldable wheelchairs can be stored in the luggage hold if the user can board the bus independently.
