By using CanariasRent, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when booking activities in the Canary Islands.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CanariasRent, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the activity provider. Prices are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of ticket or activity booked:
Non-Refundable Tickets
Tickets for Siam Park, Loro Park, Twin Tickets, and Siam Park/Loro Park transfers are strictly non-refundable. The company only allows for date changes subject to availability.
Excursions & Other Activities
Standard excursions and other activity tickets can be canceled with a full refund up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking. You must also comply with all safety instructions and requirements provided by the activity operator.
5. Limitation of Liability
CanariasRent acts as an intermediary between you and the activity providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the activity. Any claims should be directed to the activity provider.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
